Computer
Each classroom has at least three computers at its disposal, which are employed in different phases of the lessons. The pupils write their own texts or use accompanying software. The internet connection in the primary school allows research for the General Knowledge lessons.
Kitchen
Library In each classroom there is a book corner which encourages reading. The extensive primary school library allows children to borrow books weekly. On Mondays and Fridays between 11 am and 13:25 pm mothers who do voluntary work in the library are available to give advice and ensure that the selection of books is up-to-date (contact person is Frau S. Herzberg, class teacher of the 2a).Readings from famous children´s authors are a special highlight in our efforts to stimulate interest in reading. Swimming pool Each class has a one-hour swimming lesson a week in the school´s own swimming pool. Girls and boys from classes 3 and 4 are given an opportunity to take part in extra swimming lessons for two hours a week. |










The primary school´s kitchen gives the opportunity for all sorts of cooking and baking projects, such as vegetable soup, jam, “Weckmänner” (special rolls) for “Sankt Martin” and biscuits for the Advent season.
