The school is recognised by the the Conference of German Cultural Ministers (KMK) which means that all academic records are equal to those issued by German national schools.

- Payment of school tuition pro rata by the parents. If the student attends for a period exceeding 3 months (90 days), school tuition is due for the entire year. An application for prorating tuition fees can be submitted to the treasurer of the school association. A Capital Assessment Fee of 6.000 Euro is also required. This fee is waived for individuals paying out of pocket.
- Complete address information of the guest family provided by the parents.
