Following documents are required :

• the completed application form
• a copy of the birth certificate/genealogical certificate
• the pupil’s last three reports (evaluations for primary school children)
• a copy of the vaccination record
• the registration fee of EUR 600,- per child (this fee is deducted from the school fees)
• a passport photo
• the completed sheet for the sequence of foreign languages
• the form for the calculation of the school fees
• single mothers/fathers and parents who are separated or divorced need a certificate about the legal guardianship and (due to the payment of school fees) about the maintenance obligation arrangements
• the completed medical questionnaire
• the consent for medical emergencies in case of an accident
• optional: the completed application form for the school bus (including two additional passport photos)

Important note: the provision of teaching aids is not free of charge at the German international school
